Learning Objectives:
- Learn to apply the Interpersonal Theory of Suicide as a tool to help structure a conceptualization of suicide risk.
- Examine the role of a trauma-informed approach to discussing suicide with clients.
- Review language for documenting and different approaches to documentation (e.g. detail vs. a โless is moreโ approach).
- Consider options for intervention for different levels of suicide risk.
