SHIPPED ORDERS

We are a small team and it may take us 3-5 business days to process your order.

CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL (within Canada only) — Calculated at checkout 

As we use a third party for shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time period, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

PICK UP is at 353 Church St. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Orders can be picked up:

Monday & Friday between 10am-5pm

Tuesday & Thursday between 12pm-5pm

Wednesday between 10am-5pm (call ahead on Wednesday to arrange pickup)

Once you have made your purchase, we will confirm and prepare your order and notify you when it is ready for pick-up or delivery.

Please note: if your order is not picked up within sixty (60) days, we will return your item(s) to our inventory and refund the cost to the original payment method on file, less a $5.00 administrative fee.
