Refunds
Sale items, teas, bath, and any opened or used products can not be refunded.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase when in the original packaging/condition and when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Orders shipped can either be shipped back to us or dropped off at the shop. Refunds will be made once the item has been received by us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest purchasing tracking and insurance for items that you are returning to us, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
If you received the wrong item or have a concern regarding a damage to your order, please email us at info@hardfeelings.org. A picture of the defect is always appreciated.
