  • Participants will develop neurodiversity-affirming language and challenge neuronormative bias to better support ADHDers
  • Participants will learn how to support common client ADHD-related impacts (Time Agnosia, Sleep Hygiene, Executive Dysfunction, Task Initiation, and Working Memory)
  • Participants will expand their understanding of co-occurring experiences (AuDHD, RSD, PDA

Facilitator Bio
Dana Daniels (she/her), M.Ed., OCT, is the founder and CEO of Blue Sky Learning™.
Based in Tkaronto/Toronto, Dana launched Blue Sky Learning™ as the entrepreneurial dream of a lifetime—an inclusive space rooted in equity, diversity, and well-being. Her lived experience, local teaching roles, international leadership, and extensive background supporting disabled communities all contributed to the vision and development of this accessible and affirming initiative.

Committed to disrupting norms, Dana once held a business baby shower to celebrate her journey as a woman entrepreneur—demonstrating the many ways women can be honoured for their milestones. Her personal experiences navigating disability, mental health stigma, and suicide prevention have fuelled her passion for creating change and cultivating supportive, inclusive systems.

Under Dana’s leadership, the Blue Sky Learning™ team embraces neurodiversity and celebrates all neurotypes. Grounded in compassion, empathy, and person-centered practices, the team welcomes students, professionals, parental guardian(s), and educators to connect around their unique needs and growth areas. Their approach aims to reduce stigma and cycles of shame, foster a deeper understanding of internalized ableism, and empower individuals to move through avoidance and into self-motivation—with the ultimate goal of creating spaces where every client feels safe, supported, and understood through an intersectional lens.
