The purpose of the Hard Feelings Hangouts is to incorporate rest, relaxation, and play into the hustle of everyday life. We want to facilitate a warm and welcoming space where everyone can join in meeting like-minded people and partaking in relaxing activities. Our goal is to increase engagement, community, and awareness around mental health support and resources.
Hard Feelings Hangouts will occur in person every Friday from 2pm-6pm. Activities may include colouring, zine making, puzzling, and much more.
No sign-up necessary. We’ll provide the supplies, simply swing by and join us!
