At this time, Hard Feelings ships within Canada only. 

Orders placed through our Online Store will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. During peak times, such as sales and holidays, turn-around time may take up to 7 business days. Due to the nature of our small team, we are unable to accommodate rush orders. 

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders made through our Online Store.

If you received the wrong item or have a concern regarding damage to your order, please email us at info@hardfeelings.org. A picture of the damage is always appreciated. 

Please note that Hard Feelings is not responsible for loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels. 

Workshops & Trainings 

Hard Feelings incurs significant administration costs in putting together various workshops and training. Therefore, the following fees apply for cancelled registrations.
